Medical & Personal Alarms

Work and Income Approved Supplier of Medical Alarms

Competitively Priced from $30 per fortnight (incl GST)

We have two models of medical alarm which are approved for use by persons receiving Work and Income Disability Allowances.  They are:

Telephone Line Based Medical Alarm                    RadioNet Based Medical Alarm

Telephone line based model                                            RadioNet based model

The main difference between these models, is the means by which they send information to our monitoring centre.

One uses conventional phone based communication and the other uses the RadioNet high security radio network.

Benefits

bullet

With an Alarm Solutions medical alarm, help is as close as the press of a button.  By pressing the help button on the remote pendant, or main unit, our 24 hour monitoring centre will know that help is needed and will despatch assistance.  (Your individual response procedures are confirmed at the time of connection).

bullet

Not all our alarms are dependant on telephone lines for communication.  If you choose our RadioNet model and your phone is disabled, or develops a fault, your medical alarm will still communicate with our monitoring centre.

bullet

A backup battery is standard in all our models to ensure that your medical alarm will still operate during temporary power outages.

bullet

Full maintenance.  If there is any defect with our equipment, we will replace it free of charge (applies to leased units only).

Our units offer greater flexibility and security, which takes the worry away from family and allows you to stay in your own home with confidence.
